PC or workstation – 8:30am-10pm $25 per 30mins
Server or Network Troubleshooting – 8:30am-10pm $30 per 30mins

 Minimum charges: The technician will spend a minimum of 30 minutes working on your computer, server or network.
Maximum charges: A maximum charge of two hours applies only to a single stand alone computer that has only a single user profile. Once two hours is reached, this maximum charge applies regardless of the time the technician actually spends repairing your problem. We may charge an additional fee if you need a large number of programs re-installed or have multiple user profiles. You will be informed of these charges prior to work commencing.

For schools, offices and other companies with many users. Server has following options:

Primary Domain Controller provides authentication for any number of workstations, users and groups in local network.
 
Web Proxy Server – stores the addresses and contents of any visited page so that subsequent requests to an external web server are unnecessary as the data is already stored. This speeds up access to the Internet as items are held on the Server and saves the company money on networking charges which are based on the amount of bandwidth used. In addition, the proxy can be configured with user authentication. With authentication enabled, you can control and monitor access to the web.
 
File and Print server - provides a central location to store your company data, so all users can quickly find the right information, share record keeping, communicate and collaborate on group projects. Also a more secure infrastructure protects your business from unauthorized users and data loss. Saves money by share printers.

Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 (SBS 2003 R2) is an advanced solution for productivity and security, designed to help you keep businesses like yours up and running, so you can do more with less and connect with customers more effectively. SBS 2003 R2 provides many of the features used by large companies, all in one affordable, integrated solution. Built on Windows technology, SBS 2003 R2 enables you to benefit from efficiencies and savings inherent in having an integrated network.

Group Policy

With Microsoft Windows 2000, 2003, and XP using Active Directory you can effectively assign "Group Policies" to users through applying them to parts of the Active Directory tree and then restricting them to certain users or groups of users.  These allow you to control almost every aspect of the user's computer, what they are allowed to change, and what is blocked giving a secure and easy to manage network of Windows computers.

Group Policy can typically be used to determine what a user can do at his workstation by restricting, disabling, or enabling Windows and application features as needed from a central location, e.g. you can:

Restrict programs that are allowed to be run.
Force a particular program to run on startup.
Restrict desktop settings such as screen saver, resolution etc.
Configure Windows settings such as Offline Folders.
Redirect My Documents, desktop etc. to network drives.
Configure Language settings for multi-language applications.
Run Login Scripts to map drives, reconfigure clients etc.
